These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Offduties, operated by Claritygrid LLC, a limited liability company ("Claritygrid", "we", "us"). By using Offduties — including the website at offduties.com and the iOS mobile application — you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Offduties. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You retain ownership of all content you save to Offduties — URLs, notes, trip details, and preferences. By saving content you grant Claritygrid a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and process the content you submit. We do not claim ownership over your saves.
Offduties uses AI to extract and summarize information from content you save. AI-generated extractions may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should verify important details (opening hours, prices, locations) before relying on them for travel or purchasing decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-extracted content.
Offduties allows you to save links to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.). We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content. Saving a link to Offduties does not grant you any additional rights to that content beyond what the original platform permits.
We provide Offduties on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
During beta and early access periods, features may change significantly. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
Offduties is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify you in advance and provide clear pricing before any charges are applied. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claritygrid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Offduties. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claritygrid LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
